SCOPE OF WARRANTY
As Retuna, we take care to maintain high quality and durability standards in all our products. We have made our warranty process transparent and easy to understand so that our users can use our products with confidence.
Retuna products are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty period, starts with the invoice date .
The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing defects. The following situations are covered by the warranty:
✔ Hardware and workmanship errors caused by production
✔ Mechanical failures that occur under normal usage conditions
✔ Functionality issues caused by installation errors
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
❌ Damages caused by user error (Fall, impact, liquid contact, etc.)
❌ Malfunctions resulting from improper use or unauthorized intervention
❌ Damages due to external factors (Fire, flooding, power surges, etc.)
❌ Deformations due to wear and tear (Coating peeling, scratches, etc.)
❌ Problems that occur after unauthorized technical service intervention
In case of a malfunction outside the warranty, you only need to pay the shipping fee.
Minor repairs will be carried out free of charge, and for major repairs you will be informed in advance.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can follow these steps:

- If possible, you can explain the problem better by adding photos or videos .
3. Technical Assessment and Repair Process
- Our technical team will review whether the product is under warranty and get back to you.
- If the product is under warranty, free repair or replacement will be provided .
- In out-of-warranty cases, minor repairs will be carried out free of charge. For major repairs, you will be informed and your approval will be obtained.
4. Cargo Procedures
- Shipping costs for products under warranty are covered by Retuna.
- For products out of warranty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
