The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health or personal care products are not eligible for returns. An invoice or proof of purchase is required for your return.

• Products with obvious signs of use
• Products that are not in their original packaging, missing or damaged (for reasons not caused by us)
• Items returned 30 days after delivery

If your return is received and reviewed and approved, your payment will be issued to your original payment method within a certain period of time.
