In order to use Retuna products without any problems for a long time, we recommend that you take the following recommendations into consideration:
Cleaning and Use
- Wipe the product surface with a dry and soft cloth .
- Do not use alcohol, bleach or abrasive chemicals .
- When cleaning the lens and optical components, use a microfiber cloth and appropriate lens cleaning solutions .
Storage and Protection
- Store the product in a dry, dust-free place away from direct sunlight .
- Avoid hitting magnetic components against metal surfaces.
- Do not leave in extremely hot or cold environments.
If you experience a problem with your product, you can get the fastest solution by following the steps below:
Step 1: Troubleshooting
Try simple solutions by reviewing the “Troubleshooting” section in your product’s user manual.
Step 2: Contact Support Team
If your problem persists, you can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or by filling out the support form on our website.
Include the following information in your email:
- Product model and purchase date
- Description of the problem (You can add photos or videos if possible.)
Step 3: Product Shipment (If Necessary)
After our technical team reviews your issue, they will ask you to send your product to our service center if necessary.
- The shipping costs for products under warranty are covered by our company.
- For out-of-warranty products, only the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
Step 4: Repair and Return
- Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- Minor repairs on out-of-warranty products will be carried out free of charge. For major repairs or parts replacement, fee information will be sent to you and your approval will be obtained.
- The repaired or replaced product will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
